Exemption of legalization: Due to a bilateral agreement with Austria, the documents are exempted from legalization.
For the doctorate there are more generous application deadlines, meaning that application is also possible after the end of the grace period (winter semester on the 30 November and summer semester on the 30 April).
However, we recommend that you apply as soon as possible and that you take the start of lectures into consideration. If you submit the application later, admission in the same semester cannot be guaranteed.
The application process can take more than 12 weeks. Please take this into account when planning your studies. Also note that admission might not be possible in the semester applied for.
Regular students with an EU/ EEA nationality only pay the student union fee per semester as long as they study in the minimum study duration (+ grace semester).
More information on tuition fee and on possible waivers are available here.
