Change of address

Please notify any change to your semester address or home address immediately

You can change your address yourself via UNIGRAZonline. Select “Current/Home address” on your student business card in UNIGRAZonline. As soon as you enter your new address, it will be automatically saved in our student database.

Change of name

If your name has changed (e.g., due to marriage), please notify the Academic Affairs office immediately.

To do so, please send a scan of the relevant document (e.g., marriage certificate, notification of name change) and an official photo ID (passport, identity card) in color by email to: studienabteilung@uni-graz.at

Please also provide your student ID number!

Citizenship

If your citizenship has changed, please notify the Academic Affairs office immediately.

The following documents are sufficient proof of the change:

  • Valid passport  OR
  • Notification of citizenship + student ID card or other official photo ID  OR
  • Proof of citizenship + student ID card or other official photo ID

Please send a color scan of the relevant documents by email to studienabteilung(at)uni-graz.at and also provide your student ID number!
