Additional studies /changing programmes

Students who are already registered for a programme at the University of Graz and wish to register for a further programme, or wish to switch to a different programme, should do so during the registration period (except for master's and doctoral programmes-these may be registered for beyond the deadline as well). Please come to our Academic Affairs office and bring your student ID Card or official photo identification!

Remember!

Please observe the deadlines applicable for limited admission programmes!
If you intend to complete a bachelor's programme during the semester and wish to commence a master's programme afterwards, please notify the Academic Affairs office and bring your student ID Card or official photo identification with you.
If you have already registered for the intended programme at a differnet university in Austria, you will have to present proof of cancellation.
Your new programme will only be activated once on the payment of your tution fee and the fee of your membership in th Austrian Student's Union for the relevant semester has been received (this takes approx.3 to 5 days after payment). You will only be able to enrol onto courses for your new programme after we have received your payment. This does not apply to a programme that you have already registered for in the previous semster.

*Closed on Wednesdays during semester breaks as well as days free of classes and exams.
