Admission / Registration
We would like to inform you about registration procedures and the Acquisition of registration data at the University of Graz.
All information exchanged between students, teachers and administration department is sent solely via e-mail. It is thus absolutely necessary that all students check their e-Mail accounts regularly.
This will ensure that that you receive all information (e.g.change of course room and/or location, Change of Programme requirements, Information about tuition fees, etc.).
You may also forward mails from your student's account to an external e-mail adress.

Monday: 9:00a.m. - 12:00p.m.
Tuesday: 9:00a.m. - 12:00p.m.
2:00p.m. - 4:00p.m.*
Thursday: 9:00a.m. - 12:00p.m.
Friday: 9:00a.m. - 12:00p.m.
*Closed on Wednesdays during semester breaks as well as days free of classes and exams.
