The UNIGRAZcard is issued exclusively to full and associate students. Co-registered students do not receive a UNIGRAZcard, as you can use all services with the card of your main university.

Only the first issue of the UNIGRAZcard is free of charge. Costs are incurred if the UNIGRAZcard is lost, stolen or damaged or has to be reissued for other reasons.

Once the tuition fee has been credited to the university account (please note: the bank transfer takes approx. 3 to 4 working days), the student must renew the card at the service points.

If you have lost your UNIGRAZcard, you must report this to the lost property office (Annenstraße 19 or online at https://www.fundamt.gv.at/WebPublic/ ) and have a loss report issued.

Please come to the Academic Affairs Office in person with the loss report and an official photo ID (driving licence, passport or identity card).

In addition, a fee of € 15,- must be paid by debit or credit card at the Academic Affairs Office.
