To officially complete a study period, you must submit your documents to the relevant Dean's Office/Examinations Office. Please enquire about the necessary procedure two months before the planned completion of the study period.

After completing the formalities, you will receive your degree certificate from the relevant examinations office. You will receive your bachelor's, graduation or doctoral degree certificate from the Department of Studies.

Once you have received your certificate, you can register for the university ceremony.
If you have not registered for any further studies after completing your degree programme or have not enrolled for any further studies, you can only receive your certificate if you have returned all loans to the library or paid any outstanding fees.
