Study cycle / completion of programme

In order to officially finalise a study cycle, you have to submit your documents to the responsible examination department. Two months before you plan to complete your study cycle, please ask about how to proceed.

The relevant examination department will hand over your final examination certificate after all formalities have been fulfilled. You will receive your Certificate of Graduation (Diploma) from the Academic Affairs Office.

After receiving the official letter, you may register for the academic ceremony.

Should you not wish to continue your studies after completing the relevant programme, you will not receive your letter unless you have returned all your borrowed books to the Library and paid all due fees.
