Remission of tuition fees

There is an online application program for the remission and reimbursement of tuition fees. You submit your application for remission or reimbursement of tuition fees online and upload your documents electronically. You can submit your application directly via your start page in UNIGRAZonline (under Online Application Academic Affairs) or via this homepage (start page Tuition Fees/end of page).

If the application for a remission is approved, you are exempt from paying tuition fees, but still have to pay the ÖH fee.

An application for a remission for the winter semester can be submitted until 30.09. and for the summer semester until 28/29.02.! It is therefore not necessary to pay the tuition fee before this deadline if you intend to apply for a remission.

If you submit an application for tuition fee remission within the above-mentioned deadline and it is approved, you will only have to pay the ÖH fee. If the application for remission cannot be approved, the full tuition fee + ÖH fee must be paid.
