Procedure in the Event of a Negative Decision

If the relevant supporting documents are not provided, or if you do not meet the criteria for a reimbursment, you should expect a negative decision. 

This decision will be sent to students in the form of a written notice upon request. Notices also contain information on the right of appeal. This information will state that an appeal may be lodged with the Office of the Director of Studies at the University of Graz. If the decision of first instance is overturned, the tuition fees will in any case be refunded. The exact procedure for the appeal process can be found here.
