Cancellation of Studies

You may cancel your studies or exmatriculate from the University at any time, including outside the admission period.

The deregistration must be announced either in person or by e-mail, with disclosure of the matriculation number, the full name and the order to deregister the desired course of study.

To deregister personally, please bring your UNIGRAZcard (student ID) to the office of the Academic Affairs.

Should you not wish to continue your studies after completing the relevant programme, you cannot cancel your study programme unless you have returned all your borrowed books to the Library and paid all due fees.
